Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a growth strategy for your assigned region
- Prospect, engage, and close B2B sales with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, CEOs, Finance Directors, etc.)
- Represent OmiTrain at client meetings, events, and industry briefings
- Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships
- Prepare reports, sales projections, and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and client engagement
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (in any industry, including consulting, corporate services, or training)
- This experience should include: Leading client-facing engagements with revenue or sales targets, Developing and executing business growth strategies (not just supporting them), Confidence in pitching and closing deals with senior executives, Independent work with minimal supervision, and Writing proposals and designing presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
- Strategic thinking with strong planning and execution capabilities
- MBA is an added advantage
