The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a review of its service fees, effective August 15, 2025. The adjustment is part of efforts to enhance service delivery, maintain digital infrastructure, and align operations with current economic realities.
In a statement released by the Commission, the CAC noted that the review became necessary due to rising operational costs and its ongoing push for technology-driven services.
It also emphasized that the new fee structure would be modest, competitive, and aimed at improving the efficiency and integrity of Nigeria's corporate registry.

While a full list of revised fees is yet to be published, stakeholders — especially small business owners — are advised to prepare ahead and expect further communication in the coming weeks.
The CAC reassured the public of its commitment to transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction, stating that stakeholder consultations preceded the decision.
This update follows recent price adjustments by other agencies, including the NIMC, which raised its data correction fees by 75%, citing similar economic pressures.
