Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise all kitchen activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure meals are prepared and presented as directed by management, with a strong focus on taste, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain a record of raw materials (ingredients and foodstuffs) consumed in cooking activities to ensure accountability and prevent waste.
- Collaborate closely with salespersons to meet customer expectations, manage order flow, and receive feedback.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards across all stages of meal preparation.
- Manage kitchen staff where applicable and promote a healthy team environment.
Requirements: - 3–5 years minimum experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of both local and international cuisines.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent kitchen management and organisational skills.
- Open to learning new techniques and improving kitchen systems.
- Respectful, dependable, and good at time management.
- Must be passionate about food, clean workspaces, and delivering high standards.
