The President of the Youth Empowerment and Solutions (YES) initiative, Adegbenro, has stressed that true economic empowerment for Nigerian youth must begin with a change in mindset. Speaking at the recent YES summit in Ondo State, he noted that while many have access to resources, lasting transformation starts with a renewed mind.
"I have met people with resources who still remain poor. Until the mind is renewed, nothing placed in it will yield value," he said. He added that the programme was not just an ambition targeting millions but a deliberate strategy to equip young Nigerians with the tools, character, and competence to influence the future.
