The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience from showrooms, brand outlets, or electronics sections of major retail stores, and a proven ability to drive sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and solution selling. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of TVs and home appliances through effective in-store demonstrations and consultative selling.
- Understand and clearly communicate key product features, specifications, and comparisons to customers.
- Engage walk-in customers at showroom or retail locations, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain display arrangements, and ensure all promotional materials are up-to-date.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Track customer interactions and report on feedback, objections, and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements & Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years' experience in TV or home appliance sales in showrooms, electronics outlets, or retail stores.
- Prior employment or proven experience with companies like Fouani (LG), SIMS Nigeria (Samsung), Hisense, Royal Electronics, or similar is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of consumer electronics, especially TVs (LED, OLED, QLED), sound systems, and related appliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required by showroom or retail schedules.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred).
- Must be tech-savvy and able to explain product specifications in clear terms to non-technical buyer.
