The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has reaffirmed its commitment to driving Nigeria's economic growth as it announced the 20th Abuja International Trade Fair (AITF), scheduled for September 25 to October 6, 2025.
ACCI President, Emeka Obegolu (SAN), represented by Dr. Aliyu Idi Hong, said the fair has grown into Nigeria's largest multi-sectoral trade event, attracting over 2,500 exhibitors and 1.5 million visitors in the past two decades, while facilitating billions in trade deals and global partnerships.
This year's edition, themed "Sustainability, Consumption, Incentive, and Taxation," will host policymakers, entrepreneurs, and development partners to address responsible production, taxation, and innovation in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The 12-day fair will feature more than 100,000 participants, exhibitions across agriculture, fintech, clean energy, and creative industries, as well as panel sessions with the CBN, tax authorities, ministries, and international agencies.
A major highlight is the "Barber Feast, Buy Africa, Build Africa" initiative, aimed at promoting African-made products and services, alongside a dedicated SMEs platform reaffirming ACCI's support for small businesses as the backbone of the economy.
