Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Plan and assign daily cargo transport tasks, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, insurance, and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate records, vehicle usage logs, and transport reports.
- Handle operational challenges during transport to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers and enhance team efficiency.
- Support management in developing and implementing cost-control strategies.
Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of Ibadan routes and logistics operations with hands-on experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and manage drivers effectively.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle issues independently.
- Possession of a valid driver's license or logistics management certification is an added advantage.
