Speaking during a solidarity visit to Governor Nasir Idris in Birnin Kebbi, Alhaji Nasiru Dan-Musa, Special Adviser on Trade and Commerce, said the facility will enable traders to import goods directly from Benin Republic at reduced costs, bypassing Niger Republic. Alhaji Kabir Labbo-Jega also urged the governor to prevail on President Tinubu to complete the Kalgo-Basaura Independent Power Project to boost industrial development, while applauding the N17 billion urban renewal projects in Jega.
