Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, disclosed this during a meeting with a delegation from the IHK Giessen-Friedberg Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Germany, in Abuja. He said the initiative aligns with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, aiming to produce innovators and entrepreneurs who will drive economic growth. Read also, Through the Nigerian Youth Academy (NIYA), the ministry is expanding partnerships with German and Nigerian institutions to enhance access to practical and industry-relevant training. Olawande noted that the collaboration will involve key ministries and agencies, including those of Labour and Science, to strengthen vocational learning nationwide. Chief Executive Officer of IHK Giessen-Friedberg, Dr. Matthias Leder, praised the government's commitment to youth development and reaffirmed the Chamber's support for vocational training and legal migration initiatives. He revealed that 300 Nigerian youths under the Legal Labour Migration and Dual Vocational Training Project will be honoured in Lagos on November 12, 2025, after completing their A1 German language training. | | | |
