Katsina State has attracted over N489bn in private-sector investments at the 2025 Economic and Investment Summit, reinforcing its position as a growing hub for businesses.
Over the past two years, the state has improved security and created a business-friendly environment, deploying 2,500 Community Watch Corps members, forming local security committees with nearly 10,000 citizens, and reopening long-closed markets.
Katsina has also launched major reforms, including a digital business registration portal, the KATGIS land system, ICT directorate, SPIME project monitoring, and strengthened MSME support via KASEDA. Mechanization centres with digital tractor booking are now available in all 34 local government areas.

The summit convened investors, CEOs, and policy experts to explore opportunities, highlighting Katsina's readiness to support SMEs and long-term economic growth.
