The President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Gabriel Idahosa, has reaffirmed the critical role of the private sector in driving Nigeria's economic growth.
Speaking at the induction of 57 new member organizations in Lagos, he urged business owners and corporate leaders to maintain integrity and ethical business practices.
"As business owners, your primary goal is profit, but I challenge you to prioritize ethical transactions, environmental sustainability, and corporate responsibility," Idahosa stated.

The chamber, he noted, provides a code of business ethics that all members are expected to uphold.
Idahosa also highlighted LCCI's dedication to public policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and trade promotion to create a thriving business environment in Nigeria.
