Key stakeholders from China and Nigeria have inaugurated Africa's first InfoValley Industry-Education Integration Park in Lagos, aiming to enhance skills development and industrial innovation for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The initiative seeks to merge vocational training with industry needs, equipping local businesses with technical expertise to compete in the evolving digital and industrial landscape.

Deputy President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Engr. Leye Kupoluyi, stressed the need for knowledge-based economic development. "If we work together to improve skills in agriculture, infrastructure, and energy solutions, we can empower SMEs and drive sustainable growth," he said.
With China's growing investment in Nigeria's industrial and educational sectors, the partnership is expected to create new opportunities for small businesses, helping them integrate into global supply chains and digital markets.
