The wife of Lagos State Governor, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has emphasized the importance of financial education in fostering self-reliance and sustainable economic growth.
Speaking at the 2025 Financial Literacy Sensitization Programme at Lagos House, Ikeja, she reaffirmed her commitment to equipping beneficiaries of her office's empowerment initiatives with the financial knowledge and resources needed for long-term stability.
She stressed that beyond providing tools, individuals must be financially literate to maximize opportunities, avoid debt traps, and secure their future.
Since 2019, her office has focused on improving residents' living standards, particularly for those facing economic challenges.
