Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints and inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Collecting and inspecting customer items before registering them.
- Collecting customers' items and entering them into the system
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
