Speaking at the 5th Nigerian Oil & Gas Opportunity Fair (NOGOF) 2025, Executive Secretary Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe revealed that local content has surged from 5% in 2010 to 56% by December 2024, thanks to the Board's 10-year roadmap. He praised President Bola Tinubu's "Nigeria First Policy" as a catalyst for strengthening local capacity, noting that Nigerian firms are now delivering at world-class standards—from modular refineries to ISO-certified fabrication yards and marine assets.
