This small grant programme focuses on preventative and early intervention initiatives, especially those that are creative in enhancing the wellbeing of older adults and allowing them to stay in their own homes. Eligible organisations are encouraged to apply with projects that reflect strong community engagement and innovative approaches to supporting ageing populations.
