Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget, Ope George, shared this during a ministerial briefing to mark Governor Sanwo-Olu's second year in office. He said Lagos recorded 87% budget performance in 2024, driven by innovation, inclusive planning, and data-backed decision-making. "Lagos is not just expanding; it's evolving into a 21st-century African city," George said.
