Governor Seyi Makinde, speaking at the event, said Nigeria must shift from its heavy reliance on crude oil and focus on technology and innovation. "Coal was once a symbol of wealth, but today it's forgotten. Oil will soon follow. We need to invest in education, entrepreneurship, and digital capacity," he said.
