The Benue State Government has launched the Benue Startup Ecosystem Portal, a digital platform designed to support startups founded or co-founded by Benue indigenes.
Developed by the Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) in partnership with UNDP Nigeria through the Benue Agro Innovation Hub (BAIHub), the portal aims to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation across the state.
Speaking at the launch, BDIC MD/CEO Terwase Hembaor-Gbande highlighted the role of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia in championing digital transformation and economic development in the state. "This platform is your launchpad—from Makurdi to the world," he said.
