Members of the Ekiti State Caucus in the House of Representatives have lauded Cavista Holdings for its transformative contributions to agriculture and tourism in the state a development hailed as a model for SME-driven growth.
During a recent visit to Agbeyewa Farms and the revitalised Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort, the lawmakers praised Cavista's scale of investment, innovation, and commitment to rural development.
Agbeyewa Farms, Nigeria's largest cassava farm, was singled out for boosting food security and youth empowerment. "After visiting Agbeyewa, I realised I only have a garden," quipped AVM Ojuawo. Hon. David Akinlayo pledged to sponsor 100 youths from his constituency for training at the farm.

At Ikogosi Resort, now thriving under Glocient Hospitality (a Cavista subsidiary), the lawmakers expressed amazement at its transformation. "Kudos to John Olajide and his team," Ojuawo added.
The visit highlights growing synergy between the public and private sectors. Hon. Fatoba reaffirmed government support for such initiatives, crediting Governor Abiodun Oyebanji's investment-friendly policies.
