Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has launched a N1.1 billion grant programme to support entrepreneurs under the State Action on Business Enabling Reforms (SABER).
At the launch in Gusau, Lawal said the initiative signals a fresh economic direction for Zamfara, moving away from years of setbacks to private sector-driven growth.
The World Bank-backed SABER programme, spanning 2022 to 2026, aims to remove barriers to enterprise, attract investment, and generate sustainable jobs.
