The initiative is designed to close technical skill gaps and strengthen local participation in major industry projects—creating new opportunities for SMEs in engineering, fabrication, logistics, and digital services. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, said the program will help Nigerian firms access skilled manpower locally, reduce reliance on expatriates, and enhance SME competitiveness across the oil and gas value chain.
