This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to create a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, handle employee grievances, and ensure effective communication between staff and management.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and provide support for employee growth and development.
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring progress, etc.).
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring fair and competitive packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in human resource management or a similar role.
