The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has cautioned industrial and agro-chemical marketers in Kebbi State to stop selling their products to unknown individuals.
NAFDAC's State Coordinator, Alhaji Muyideen F. Suleiman, issued the warning during a one-day sensitisation in Birnin Kebbi, with participants from all 21 LGAs of the state.
He stressed the dangers of selling uncertified chemicals like fertilizers, caustic soda, calcium carbide, and pesticides without proper documentation, warning they could be diverted for harmful uses.
