Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Making Airline bookings/reservations (local and international tickets)
- Assisting customers in choosing among a variety of travel options
- Interact directly with season-ticket holders and other ticket-buying customers on day-to-day sales inquiries, problems, and concerns
- Process subscription and season-ticket orders; handles seat change requests made by subscribers and season-ticket holders
- Processing refunds
- Identifying and posting Agent Debit Memo (ADM)
- Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations
- Maintain awareness and adherence to our clients' procedures, programs and policy guidelines
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field
- Completion of the NYSC program
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in ticketing and reservation using Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
- Professional Qualification - A recognized and relevant professional qualification(s) will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, printers, and scanners
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Professionalism
Functional Competencies: - Ability to make airline bookings/reservations on all or any GDS
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and customer service-oriented
- Ability to handle a flexible work schedule, to include some evenings and weekends
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
