Over 150 young professionals have enhanced their career readiness through the After School (LAS) programme hosted by JCI Eko at Ilaji Resort, Ibadan. Held as part of the JCI Nigeria Collegiate Conference, the event was themed "Post-Grad Playbook" and focused on preparing undergraduates, fresh graduates, NYSC corps members, and early-career individuals for life beyond school.
Renowned speaker Mr. Abayomi Gbadamosi delivered a keynote address covering essential areas such as career progression, personal branding, financial management, and navigating post-graduation challenges.
A panel session titled "Money, Moves, and Mindset" further engaged participants on personal growth, career success, and financial empowerment. The panel included top professionals like Mr. Sheriff Kolapo Ajibola, Head of Marketing at Smartcash, and Mr. Hakeem O. Akiode, Head of Growth at Youverify. Oluwadamilola E. Fawole moderated the session, fostering meaningful discussions and experience-sharing.

The event was organized by a dedicated team led by Abidemi Idayah Alli-Balogun, supported by JCI Eko President Babajide Faturoti and Vice President (Projects), Kingsley O. Okeke. The LAS programme is a key initiative aimed at empowering young Nigerians with practical skills for sustainable career and personal growth.
