Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Campaign Execution: Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events in alignment with national marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, community events, and in-store activations to represent the brand and engage with potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture prospects through field interactions, collecting contact information, and handing off qualified leads to the sales team.
- Market Research: Gather and report on competitor activity, customer feedback, and local market trends to inform strategy.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging, presentation, and conduct in the field.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure field efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, measure return on investment (ROI), and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: - B.SC/OND in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
