The rehabilitation, part of the Abeokuta–Ota–Lagos Road project, has eased movement of goods and services, reducing travel time and cutting transport costs for businesses. Governor Dapo Abiodun, who shared the update on his official X handle, noted that construction is progressing between Papalanto, Ifo, and Sango to ensure the entire stretch becomes durable and motorable.
