At the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9), Nigeria stressed that Africa needs more than aid—it needs investments that create jobs, opportunities, and inclusive growth for businesses.

The delegation noted that peace and security remain vital for entrepreneurs and small businesses to thrive, as reforms are targeted at tackling insecurity and unlocking opportunities.
