Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance procedures
- Support CAPA management and drive timely closure of quality events
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Draft and maintain high-standard documentation in line with GDP/GMP requirements
- Collaborate across departments on project management initiatives
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections
- Respond to and manage product or service complaints effectively
- Maintain and update training records, SOPs, and compliance checklists
Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar QA or compliance-focused role
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
- Must have a science background
- Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CAPA processes and complaint management
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills: - Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceutical, logistics, or food)
- Exposure to audit environments and QA systems
