Governor Umar Namadi made this known during a Citizens' Engagement Programme in Miga, explaining that the initiative will give farmers affordable access to essential inputs and strengthen agribusiness across the state. He said 20 trucks of fertiliser have been allocated to Jigawa, targeting local farmers and small-scale producers. Read also, Namadi also announced the establishment of the Jigawa State Farm Service Mechanisation Company Limited to provide affordable mechanisation services through centres equipped with modern tractors, combine harvesters, and other tools to boost efficiency.
