Foundation S – the Sanofi Global Health Program – has launched the 2025 Climate Action & Health Resilience Grants, offering a major funding opportunity for community-based organisations and NGOs in Africa. The program supports locally led initiatives that reduce health risks linked to extreme heat, air pollution, and climate-driven challenges, particularly for women, youth, and vulnerable communities.
Grants range from €50,000 to €100,000 per year for 12–24 months, with a possible 12-month extension. Projects must focus on strengthening community health systems or leveraging science, technology, and data for climate-health adaptation. Priority is given to initiatives promoting equity, local leadership, and youth and women inclusion.
