Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant.
- Manage inventory and stock control, including regular stock taking.
- Delegate tasks and supervise staff performance and schedules.
- Conduct regular business evaluations and re-evaluations for operational efficiency.
- Maintain customer service standards and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hospitality regulations.
Requirements: - Minimum qualification: HND or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
