Read more about this company Job Summary The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and reporting project progress to the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
- Monitor worker performance and enforce discipline, safety, and productivity standards.
- Liaise with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update the Project Manager on progress.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays affecting the project.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and site regulations.
Requirements - Gender: FEMALE
- OND/HND/BSc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Must live on the island or close
