The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) recently welcomed Ambassador Philbert Johnson, Regional Director of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), to its headquarters in Abuja. The visit marked a strategic step in strengthening partnerships that support inclusive industrial development and SME growth in Nigeria.
During his visit, Amb. Johnson toured SMEDAN's key facilities and engaged directly with beneficiaries of the agency's GROWHer Accelerator program—an initiative focused on empowering women-owned businesses with skills, mentorship, and access to markets.
