The Federal Government, in partnership with the Leonard and Nkiruka Okorkwo Foundation (LANOF), Heinrich Böll Foundation (HBF), and other stakeholders, has unveiled the 2025–2030 revised National Youth Manifesto in Agriculture alongside the Nigerian Youth in Agribusiness Call to Action.
Launched in Abuja, the framework aims to put young people at the center of agricultural transformation by tackling key priorities such as access to land, finance, markets, agritech innovation, mentorship, and gender inclusion.
Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, described the manifesto as a youth-owned roadmap that will drive investment, innovation, and enterprise development.
