Responsible for promoting the company's FX brokerage, international B2B payments, and multi-currency payment solutions. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring clients, managing FX transactions, and providing tailored financial solutions to businesses operating across borders.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients to increase the customer base.
Achieve a monthly FX sales revenue target.
Identify and onboard new clients for FX brokerage and liquidity management services.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Execute a high volume of FX transactions efficiently for clients.
Promote Zitra's multi-currency payment processing and procurement assistance to FX clients.
Provide tailored liquidity management solutions.

Requirements:

Maintain a monthly average of 70% of the new customer acquisition target and 30% on repeat sales.
Ensure 100% onboarding of all new clients onto the platform, including the submission of all required documents.
Consistently increase the volume of foreign exchange transactions processed for clients.
Successfully promote additional services, such as multi-currency payment processing and procurement solutions, to existing clients.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FX sales, international
B2B payments and cross-border settlements.
Expertise in negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange markets, trends, and financial instruments.
Familiarity with FX brokerage, liquidity management, and global payment solutions.
Ability to analyse market trends and client requirements to recommend the best FX solutions.
Strong decision-making skills to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Compliance and regulatory knowledge.
