Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Actively promote and sell Corporate gift items and souvenirs in wholesale plus branding to corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and digital channels
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Provide product recommendations
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to drive traffic and engagement
- Keep up with product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, issues, and opportunities
Requirements: - Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in retail sales, telesales, or B2B sales is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM
