First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, is steadily advancing President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda with impactful programmes that are transforming the lives of small business owners and artisans across the country.
Dr. Sam Ogedengbe, former Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State governor, noted that through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), the First Lady has gone beyond ceremonial duties to provide practical support for entrepreneurs.
Recently, she distributed tools, materials, and start-up capital to traders, artisans, and small-scale business operators, helping them expand their enterprises and sustain their families.
Beneficiaries described the intervention as a timely lifeline, particularly for households battling economic challenges. Many credited the initiative with creating fresh opportunities for financial independence and self-reliance.
Beyond business empowerment, the RHI also provides scholarships for indigent students, healthcare outreach for women and children, support for persons with disabilities, and entrepreneurship training for youths.
