The collaboration is expected to unlock fresh opportunities for local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in construction, supply, and support services. Shandong Luqiao is globally recognized for its expertise in bridge construction, highways, municipal engineering, and large-scale power projects. With first-class licenses across several sectors, the firm brings technical capacity that will complement Ogun State's development agenda.
