Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Make accurate and timely flight reservations using booking platforms and global distribution systems (GDS).
- Confidently use Amadeus or other GDS tools to issue, re-issue, and cancel tickets.
- Handle hotel bookings, airport transfers, and full travel itinerary planning for individual and group clients.
- Provide professional visa support and advisory services to guide clients through application processes and requirements.
- Deliver tailored travel consultation services based on client preferences and budget.
- Convert leads into actual sales by offering compelling travel packages and professional advice.
- Promote Luxelinks travel products and services through digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present customized travel proposals for corporate and leisure clients.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, airline rules, visa processes, and destination updates.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the entire travel experience, from pre-travel to post-travel.
- Collaborate with the business development and social media teams to increase visibility and client conversion.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Proficient in flight and hotel booking systems
- Strong experience with Amadeus and other GDS tools
- Excellent travel consultation and visa advisory skills
- High-level presentation and communication abilities
- Solid sales and marketing mindset with a proven conversion track record
