The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) has announced that over 100,000 stakeholders from at least 40 countries will participate in the 20th Abuja International Trade Fair (AITF), scheduled for September 25 to October 6, 2025, at the Abuja Trade and Convention Centre.
This year's fair, themed "Sustainability, Consumption, Incentives and Taxation," will spotlight Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as engines of job creation and industrial growth. Exhibitions will cut across trade, agriculture, technology, energy, fintech, and the creative industries.
Highlighting the chamber's new initiative, "Buy Africa, Build Africa," organisers said the programme aims to deepen intra-African trade and project African products globally. With participants projected to spend an average of N10,000 each, the fair could generate about N10 billion in economic activity within the FCT.
