The successful candidate is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to women, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health. This role involves diagnosing and treating various conditions, performing surgeries, and advising patients on health and wellness matters related to their reproductive systems. - Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Assist the medical officers in the identification of patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
- Provide medical cover, routine and emergency life care services, during hours of duty and work in conjunction with the other medical officers and consultants to provide a 24-hour service to the hospital.
- Deciding the best form of treatment to give to a patient under the guidance of a medical officer/consultants.
- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
- Effectively collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results on our EMR program.
- Prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialised medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Administer non-intravenous medications.
- Perform cesarean sections or other gynaecological/obstetric surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and/or deliver babies safely.
- To make an entry in the patient's notes as appropriate following ward rounds or any other patient examinations, communication or procedures.
Requirements: - Must possess an MBBS Degree or its equivalent, full Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid practising license.
- Must possess at least 10 years post-qualification work experience.
- Must be a member of the West African College of Surgeons or the National Postgraduate Medical College (Specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology).
- Ability to utilise various Microsoft Office applications/software.
- Primary focus on customer service.
