Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and have strong expertise in drafting Public-Private Partnership contracts and documents.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee dispute resolution, litigation, and liaison with external counsel where necessary.
- Lead corporate governance initiatives and advise the Board on legal and compliance matters.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks affecting the organization.
- Manage and mentor the in-house legal team.
