The initiative is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners with the tools needed to grow their ventures and increase productivity. RHEI 2 is aligned with the 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair theme, 'Connecting Businesses, Creating Value,' highlighting its focus on linking trained participants to economic opportunities and business networks. The programme aims to strengthen local value chains and support sustainable business growth.
