The program is designed to prepare Nigerians for the future of work and enhance the country's global competitiveness. The initiative marks Nigeria's entry into the World Economic Forum's Global Accelerators Network under the Reskilling Revolution, co-chaired by the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and the Federal Ministry of Education. The network will be coordinated by the National Talent Export Programme (NATEP).
