The Director General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Kashifu Inuwa, joined participants at the closing ceremony of the Renewed Hope Initiative Women in ICT Training, reinforcing the agency's commitment to digital inclusion and women's empowerment.
His involvement throughout the programme strengthened the goal of ensuring that Nigerian women across the country gain the digital tools and skills needed to compete in today's economy.

Although this edition has ended, its impact is just beginning. With participants drawn from all six geopolitical zones, hundreds of women are now better equipped to take on opportunities in Nigeria's fast-growing digital space.
NITDA also shared the update on its official X handle, highlighting the agency's collaboration with the First Lady's Renewed Hope Initiative to build a digitally confident generation of women.
As these beneficiaries return to their communities, they carry new skills that can drive small business expansion, improve employability, and boost local innovation—signaling a brighter digital future for Nigeria's female entrepreneurs.
