Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 2025 RHI NITDA Women ICT Training Program, she encouraged participants to apply their learning confidently, noting that strong outcomes often start from modest steps. She highlighted the expansion of the program from 35 trainees to 607 women nationwide, describing the beneficiaries as new ambassadors of digital literacy. The initiative aims to strengthen women-led MSMEs through skills that improve productivity in the digital economy. Read also, NITDA Director General Kashifu Inuwa said the agency is targeting 95 percent national digital literacy by 2030, stressing that Nigeria cannot reach a one trillion dollar economy without fully empowering its female population. He noted that digital fluency is essential for competitiveness in today's marketplace.
