The programme aims to build practical capacity in modern printing systems, production workflows and operational management. According to the organisers, the initiative responds to the growing demand for technical skills that support Nigeria's creative, publishing and manufacturing sectors. By equipping young people with hands-on expertise, the programme is expected to strengthen the talent pipeline for small and medium printing businesses across the country.
