Targeting every ward as a micro-community, the CDP aims to strengthen local governance, encourage communal values, and create an environment where SMEs can thrive.
By embedding development structures directly within communities, the programme promises more accessible support for small businesses and local entrepreneurs, enhancing economic participation at the grassroots level.
For SMEs, this initiative opens doors for direct engagement with government programs, improved resource access, and stronger networks within local communities—potentially reshaping Katsina's economic landscape from the ground up.
